Shipping policy

DELIVERY:

Normally, you will have the goods at the post office - in your mailbox 10-12 days from when we receive your order. This includes processing time, which is up to 3-7 days from external suppliers. In Northern Norway, it may take longer due to the distance - about 14 days.

Note: Orders for name jewelry will take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. They need to be handmade and checked before shipping. Please allow 4 weeks during holidays.

The post office will notify you when the package can be picked up. Normally, your package will be delivered to your mailbox.

NOTE: TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE: “Tracking information for your order will be available once the shipment has cleared customs and has arrived in Norway. This may take a few days depending on customs processing. You will receive an update with tracking information as soon as the package is registered in the Norwegian transport system.”

During holidays, please expect an additional 2-3 days for delivery.

You have two weeks to pick up your package at your nearest post office. If you do not, it will be returned to us. This is the Post’s regulations. Additionally, you will be billed for the shipping costs.

If it is not possible to deliver the shipment to the mailbox, the package will be delivered to the recipient’s nearest post office or service point. The recipient will then be notified via SMS/email.
