- How can I pay in the online store?
You can securely pay in the online store using Vipps, Mobilepay, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, and PayPal.
- How long is the delivery time?
You can normally expect your package within 10-12 business days after placing your order. This applies to items that are shipped directly to you from external suppliers. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out earliest on Monday. Note: Orders for name jewelry will take up to 3-4 weeks as these need to be produced.
- How can I return the package?
Contact us via the contact form, request a return label, and send the item back by post. All returns are trackable using the return label, which should be attached to the outside of the package.
NOTE: THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING - RETURN IS NOT FREE
- Where is my order?
You will find the tracking number for your order in your email.
- Can I add/remove products from my order?
Yes, you can if your order has NOT already been shipped from the warehouse.
Contact customer service at info@brilliante.no or send a message via the contact form in the online store.
Please include your order number and which products you wish to add or remove from your order. NOTE: You must notify us very quickly after placing the order.
- Can I shop from outside Norway?
Yes. We ship to Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, and the UK. You can pay with Vipps in Norway, Denmark, and Finland. For Sweden and other countries, you can use the payment methods Klarna or PayPal.
More countries will be added over time. Please contact us via email if you wish to have delivery to other countries in Europe. Note that countries outside of Europe will not be shipped to. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
- Can I have the package wrapped in a nice gift box?
If you would like to purchase a gift box, there are options for that. See under Giftboxes. There are gift boxes available for NOK 25 and NOK 35; add them to your shopping cart along with your order. The producer will choose the size that fits your order.
This applies only to name jewelry, name bracelets, name rings, and name earrings.
They are handcrafted upon order and come free in a black transparent gift box. You can order a nice gift box for NOK 25 or NOK 35. See Categories - name jewelry - gift boxes for name jewelry.
Jewelry marked under Brilliante Jewelry | B - comes in its own beautiful gift box with a polishing cloth for your jewelry. This gift box is free.
